– A true Leader is one who in every respect is model of the standard of behaviour. That is, one whose life is modeled after Christ.
– A true leader is one who is empathetic: Unlike the Scribes and Pharisees as recorded in Matthew 23:4 “They tie up heavy burdens (hard to carry) and lay them on people’s shoulders…”
We are called to feel what others (our followers)feel.
– The Holy Father Pope Francis, sees truly leadership as; “shepherds living with the smell of the sheep.” A true leader therefore, is one who can joyfully accept to be an intermediary manager of God’s sheep.
May God Hear us; keep us true to his word. And may our leadership style be modeled after Christ. Amen.
